These terms apply to the Nuur 5 Years Giveaway for invited previous customers. By entering, you agree to these terms.
1. Promoter
NUUR COSMETIC LTD, company number 14265750, 37 Clos Nant Mwlan, Pontprennau, Cardiff, CF23 8NA. Email: info@nuurcosmetic.com.
2. Who can enter
- You must be a UK resident aged 18 or over.
- You must be a previous Nuur customer who received the giveaway invitation email.
- Employees, agents and their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the giveaway, cannot enter.
- No new purchase is required.
3. Entry period
Entries open when the invitation email is received and close at 11:59 PM BST on Monday 31 August 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not count.
4. How to enter
Reply to the giveaway email from the invited email address and choose one of the following entry levels:

1 entry: send honest feedback about your Nuur experience.

3 entries in total: send honest feedback plus genuine before-and-after lash photos.

5 entries in total: complete both steps above, then post your lash transformation on Instagram or TikTok and tag @nuurcosmetics on Instagram or @nuurtoks on TikTok.
If your social account is private, include a screenshot or link in your email reply so the entry can be checked. The maximum is five entries per person. Multiple replies or repeated posts do not create additional entries.
A Trustpilot review is optional. It does not add entries and will not affect the result.
5. Prizes

One main prize: four Nuur Lash bottles, described as a one-year supply.

Four runner-up prizes: one Nuur Lash Duo for each runner-up, containing two bottles and described as a six-month supply.
There are five winners in total and one prize per person. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Nuur's reasonable control, Nuur may provide an alternative of equal or greater value.
6. Winner selection and notification
A verifiably random computer process will select the main winner first and four runners-up from the remaining valid entries within seven days after the closing date. Each valid entry has an equal chance of selection, and evidence of the draw will be retained.
Winners will be contacted from info@nuurcosmetic.com. A winner must reply within seven days and provide a valid UK delivery address. If a winner does not respond, cannot provide the required information or is not eligible, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn.
Prizes will be dispatched within 30 days after a valid claim.
7. Photos and content
Content must belong to the entrant or to a family member who has given permission. Copied, misleading or falsely presented content will be disqualified.
Entrants keep copyright in their photos. Photos sent privately will be used only to verify and administer the entry unless Nuur obtains separate permission for marketing or other publication.
8. Personal data and winner information
Personal data will be used to administer the giveaway, contact winners, verify eligibility and deliver prizes in accordance with Nuur's Privacy Policy.
To show that a valid award took place, a winner's surname and county will be made available to anyone who contacts Nuur within one month after the closing date. A winner may object to this information being disclosed, or ask for it to be limited, although Nuur may still provide it to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.
9. General
- This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, TikTok or Trustpilot.
- Automated, bulk, agent or fraudulent entries will be rejected.
- Nuur is not responsible for entries not received because of technical failures outside its reasonable control.
- Nuur may cancel, suspend or amend the promotion only where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. Any material change will be communicated fairly and will not disadvantage people who have already entered.
- Nuur's decision on eligibility and administration is final, subject to applicable law.
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales without affecting any mandatory consumer rights.
